Prospects of desulfurization valve industry
China's energy composition is mainly composed of coal, and its consumption is increasing day by day. The emission of SO2 is also increasing. China is one of the few countries in the world with severe atmospheric SO2 pollution. The ecological environment has suffered serious damage and caused significant economic losses as a result. Coal accounts for about 71% of China's primary energy, and for a considerable period of time in the future, coal will still be the main source of primary energy consumption. Coal from all over the country contains varying degrees of chemical sulfur. However, the vast majority of coal enters industrial kilns and boilers for combustion without treatment, and harmful substances such as SO2 generated by combustion are directly discharged into the atmosphere. China emits 18-20 million tons of SO2 into the atmosphere every year, of which 80% comes from the combustion process. 76% of power generation fuel, 75% of industrial power fuel, 80% of residential fuel, and 60% of chemical raw materials in China all come from coal, which is utilized through combustion. Its combustion not only generates various industrial and human energy needs, but also produces harmful substances such as SO2, CO2, NO, etc., seriously polluting the environment. In 1998, China's total SO2 emissions became the country with the highest SO2 emissions in the world. With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous increase in coal consumption, the emissions will increase by 1 million tons per year, resulting in acid rain covering 40% of China's land area, and the economic losses caused by acid rain reaching tens of billions of yuan per year. Countries around the world have noticed the harm of air pollution to human survival and have invested huge amounts of funds to rectify it. China has also formulated the "China Cross Century Green Engineering Plan" to comprehensively control air pollution. Reducing SO2 emissions and preventing atmospheric SO2 pollution has become one of the main social problems in China today and for a considerable period of time in the future.

From this, it can be seen that as long as the energy structure remains unchanged, desulfurization valves will be useful for a day.
